Sequim is a quaint city located in the heart of the Sequim-Dungeness Valley along the Olympic Peninsula. Known for its proximity to the Olympic rain shadow, it enjoys brighter days and warmer seasonal temperatures than many of its neighboring cities located along the Puget Sound. It is a premier retirement destination for residents looking for sunshine and charming, scenic living.

It is the premier retail and cultural center of the valley and its historic downtown offers boutique shopping, trendy restaurants, and coffee shops all within view of the scenic Olympic Mountain peaks. There are many hiking trails and Olympic National Park is a short trip to the west, where the Hoh Rainforest and Hurricane Ridge are hotspot destinations. Across the Sequim Bay is the Seven Cedars Resort and Casino, offering residents nightly entertainment and the casino experience.
